We recently ordered 4 Roman blinds from you. Just wanted to email and say how much I love them!.
They were easy to order online and arrived quite quickly as they were custom made.
We ordered 4 blinds back in 2011 and just hadn't gotten around to finishing off the others until now.
The chain mechanism is fantastic! Much improved from the pull up down of the older model.
I have attached some photos (I'm certainly no photographer) but you'll get the idea!
Installation was easy too. Screw to the inner window frame and click.
I would highly recommend your blinds.

I think we will order some more after Xmas for our other windows, as they definitely do help with the heat! Really noticeable on days like today!!!  They also look really nice and the visibility is good.  we are very happy with them. I will also tell the energy consultant group that recommended this reflective blind material that your blinds are excellent and well priced and that they could recommend them to future clients.
